The stages to a new apartment

1Introductory

Resident representatives contact Rothshtein, meet with Rothshtein representatives who specialize in urban renewal, build the foundation for business collaboration and develop the best and most suitable proposal for the residents.

2Proposal compilation and signing

A precise development of the work process is formulated and presented to the residents in detail and with full transparency, professionals are appointed on the residents’ behalf (at no cost to the residents), and an agreement is signed.

3Approval of the City Building Plan and planning for a permit

A new City Building Plan is prepared, the building permits required by the authorities are issued, a bank is chosen to finance the project and issue a bank endorsement (at no cost to the residents).

4The execution

The residents are invited to select their replacement apartment according to the score awarded by a real estate appraiser, options of upgrading the replacement apartments are presented, work begins by a professional and skilled team to complete the project and manage the processes - from evacuating the residents to temporary apartments, demolishing the old building, constructing a new and modern building, up until the final coat of paint, and to the residents’ satisfaction.

The keys are handed over to a new, spacious, stylish, and modern apartment in a new building, in a new residential environment exactly like you wanted. A period of inspection and warranty follows according to the Sale of Apartments Law.
