Rotshtein’s Be’er Ya’akov is a new commercial center that the development and construction company Rotshtein Real Estate Ltd. is currently establishing in the new neighborhood “Tsamrot Moshava” in Be’er Ya’akov. The center is scheduled to open in January 2026.
Rotshtein’s Center was built to meet the need for commercial space in a developing neighborhood that is expected to house approximately 4,000 households. The center includes approximately 5,000 square meters in a diverse mix of retail, services and leisure, including a supermarket with an area of approximately 1,500 square meters, a pharmacy, restaurants and a variety of shops for the convenience of customers.
The center includes an underground parking lot with approximately 130 parking spaces.

בבניין קיימות חניות נכים וכן יש שירותי נכים הממוקמים בקומה 27. במקום הותקנו סימני אזהרה לאנשים עיוורים ולקויי ראייה, וכמו כן קיימת ערכת עזר לשמיעה, המיועדת לאנשים כבדי שמיעה.

The company’s headquarters are located at 49 Hasivim Street, Park Yanay, Building 6, 5th floor, Petach Tikva. The building has disabled parking and there are accessible toilets on the 1st floor. Warning signs have been installed on site for blind and visually impaired individuals, and there is a hearing aid kit for individuals with a hearing impairment.
