Rotshtein’s Beit Shemesh is a new commercial center being built as part of a unique urban project that combines residential and commercial space, owned by the development and construction company Rotshtein Real Estate Ltd., which is currently building in the Ramataim neighborhood in Beit Shemesh.
Rotshtein’s Center is being established to meet the need for commercial space in a developing neighborhood that is expected to house approximately 8,000 households. The center will include a total of approximately 10,000 square meters, of which 2,000 square meters are expected to open in April 2026 with a diverse mix of retail, services and leisure, including a supermarket of approximately 900 square meters and a variety of stores for customer convenience.

בבניין קיימות חניות נכים וכן יש שירותי נכים הממוקמים בקומה 27. במקום הותקנו סימני אזהרה לאנשים עיוורים ולקויי ראייה, וכמו כן קיימת ערכת עזר לשמיעה, המיועדת לאנשים כבדי שמיעה.

The company’s headquarters are located at 49 Hasivim Street, Park Yanay, Building 6, 5th floor, Petach Tikva. The building has disabled parking and there are accessible toilets on the 1st floor. Warning signs have been installed on site for blind and visually impaired individuals, and there is a hearing aid kit for individuals with a hearing impairment.
